Huntington Gardens donated interesting African species native to Tanzania. Well-established blooming size single growth plant in a 3.25" square pot can reach a height of 2-3 feet and has a .5-1' flower spike that produces an abundance of fragrant 1" white flowers that form a loose sphere similar to many Epidendrum species. Flowers continue to be produced from the top of the inflorescence over a period of weeks. This species produces many keikeis along the stems as well as old flower spike. Big plants are bushy and somewhat rambling. Does best in pots with a terrestrial mix.

Care: int-hot temps. Very bright light-full sun. Regular watering year-round.
