As in the past 2 years, all ribbon/trophy entries will require that the plant be registered in our online system.

There will be a plant entry table in the auditorium on Wednesday Feb 26, where you can submit any last minute entries or changes, and where you will pick up the labels to put on your plants. The plant entry table will be open 10AM to 8 PM on Wednesday Feburary 26 and from 8AM to 9:30AM on Thursday February 27. No entries can be accepted after 9:30 AM on Thursday.
Only those individual plants entered will be considered for ribbons/trophies.
The 2025 POE Exhibitor Rules & Awards document (click link here to view and download) lists the rules for plant entry (such as length of ownership, etc.) as well as the plant classes.
You may have individual plants in your display that you choose not to enter for competition.
Some exhibitors choose not to enter anything, it’s up to the exhibitor.
Regardless of whether individual plants are entered, all displays will be considered for display awards.
As POE is an AOS sanctioned show, all plants on display will be considered for AOS awards.
This is completely separate from ribbon/trophy judging, and does not require any registration.
The AOS judges will go around and pull plants they want to judge.
However if you want to make sure your plant is judged by the AOS, then you can fill out a paper AOS form.
The forms are usually available at the plant entry desk, when they are provided to us by the AOS chair.
If you wish to exclude your plant/display from AOS judging you must place a label on your plant/display that says "No AOS Judging".
